Escape to Wolfe Island with YuMee and Pat for a unique four-day yoga retreat that spotlights subtle and profound aspects of yoga that are rarely covered in-depth during led asana classes.

Take the time to do a deep dive into traditional subtle-body practices and modern insights into the human nervous system that can catalyze a new relationship to your practice, easing you through ruts and practice plateaus and illuminating the path ahead. Our tools will include dynamic asana, contemplative movement, self-massage, breath-work, sound therapy, visualization, meditation, mantra, and yoga philosophy.
